Dale Westerbergs Blaine Kennels Bird Dog training facility is one of the top dog training and dog boarding facilities in the midwest. He is one of the most respected trainers in the Midwest.
.
The best time to start training a Bird Dog is 6 months old.
If you are planning to have your dog trained, I would encourage you to call when your dog is about 3 months old. We will set up a time to bring your puppy to our facility. It will be an opportunity for us to meet and to introduce your puppy to live birds. It is very important to get puppies started on live birds as soon as possible.

We use training methods that are easy to understand. All training is done on the e-collar.
Our goal is to turn your family pet into a confident, controllable hunting dog you can be proud of. We will teach your dog obedience commands you can use in everyday life that will give you control of your dog in any situation.
Dale has been training dogs for me for 15 years, they are the most obedient ROCK steady dogs. My hunting partners are in awe at the caliber of dogs that come from his training.    .......Kurt Weiser
